Vision
into motion.
One brief. One impossible condition. One film. Not to show what the tools can render — to show what happens when an idea has nowhere easy to go.
Because the work that gets remembered was never the work that was easy to shoot.
Three released. A new brief every month.
Campaign films, product launches and content systems built around what the brand is trying to become — not around what was possible to shoot.
White-label video production under your name. You hold the client and the strategy. We produce — and nothing on it says us.
Production used to begin with what was possible to shoot. Budget set the frame, then the idea was cut down to fit inside it. That constraint is gone — and what replaces it isn't a model. It's direction.
A generative pipeline will produce a thousand variations of nothing.
What makes work feel expensive is what it has always been: a point of view, held consistently, across every frame. So we brief the way a production company briefs — concept, art direction, casting, lighting, pacing, sound — and only then produce.
The tools changed. The craft didn't.

AI video production run like a campaign: concept, hero film, and the full set of cutdowns and formats it actually needs.
Product video production and creative direction, built around a launch window.
Performance-led social media video production with real variation — different angles, different hooks, one brand.
Production capacity for agencies. Your client, your name, our output.

Skincare and haircare across product film, macro, founder-led content and social-first formats. A recurring cast held consistent across months, scripted dialogue in two languages, and product appearance kept steady from one film to the next.
Not a campaign. A system.

A consistent presence rather than a campaign. One film lands every week.
First film lands within 7 working days of kickoff.
A full content system on a calendar, with variations built for paid media.
Includes a monthly read of how the work performed.
Retained white-label capacity, scoped to your pipeline. Nothing on it says us.
NDA as standard. Volume above baseline is scoped per quarter.
A revision round is one consolidated set of notes, returned within 3 working days.
Rush delivery under 5 working days is charged at +50%.
Unused films do not roll into the following month.
Retainers run on a three-month minimum. Projects are scoped individually.
VARE takes on a limited number of productions each month, so every film is directed, not generated in bulk.
You hold the relationship, the strategy and the client. We produce the work — to your direction, on your timeline, with nothing on it that says us.
For agencies whose clients are asking for this, and who'd rather not build a production department to answer them.
VARE is the production studio of iBrand Identity, a brand strategy and identity practice founded by Martina Boshra.
Which is why the work begins with positioning, not a prompt.

We'll come back to you within two working days — usually with a question about the brief before anything else.
If you'd rather talk it through now, the calendar's open:

A single film starts at $450 — the Pilot Film, one hero film with two cutdowns and three stills. Ongoing production runs on a monthly retainer: Essential at $650/month for four films, Signature at $1,200/month for eight films with paid variants, and Agency Partnership from $1,800/month for retained white-label capacity.
The Pilot is credited in full against your first month if you move to a retainer within 30 days. Retainers run on a three-month minimum.
Direction — concept, references, script, art direction — takes 3–5 days and is approved before anything is produced. Production, edit, grade and sound take 1–3 weeks depending on scope.
In practice: a Pilot Film delivers within 7 working days. On a retainer the first film lands within 7 working days of kickoff, then weekly or twice weekly. Agency partners get 5 working days per film and briefs answered within 48 hours. Rush delivery under five working days is charged at +50%.
Every film is delivered in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, with cutdowns — typically a 15-second and a 6-second — plus editorial stills pulled from the film.
Source masters are yours on delivery. Every engagement also includes concept and creative direction, art direction, casting and lighting design, licensed music and sound design, colour and finish, and captions in English and Arabic.
The honest answer is that it depends entirely on whether anyone directed it. A generative pipeline will produce a thousand variations of nothing. What makes work feel expensive is what it always was — a point of view held consistently across every frame.
For a real example: La Natura has run 20+ films across four months, in five formats and two languages, with a recurring cast held consistent and product appearance steady from one film to the next. Over a 90-day window their page saw 25,588 views (+62%), 19h 26m of watch time (+798%), 69% reach among non-followers and 1,261 engagements (+55%) — published with the permission of Dr. Nahed Nassif.
Those are attention numbers, not attribution. We don’t claim them as sales.
Yes — that’s the Agency Partnership, from $1,800/month. You hold the client, the relationship and the strategy. We produce to your direction, on your timeline, and nothing on the work says us. NDA as standard.
Baseline is 10 films a month with all three formats plus source masters; volume above that is scoped per quarter.
Four things, deliberately:
A revision round is one consolidated set of notes, returned within three working days. Unused films don’t roll into the following month.
One call. We need to know what the work has to do and who it’s for — not a shot list. From there we come back with concept, references, script and art direction for approval before anything is produced.
If you have brand guidelines, product assets or a launch date, they help. If you don’t, that’s a positioning conversation and it starts at iBrand Identity instead.
Three questions, about forty seconds. One reply from the person who’d do the work.
