Terms of Service – IBrand Identity
Effective April 2025
Welcome to iBrand Identity. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and expectations between you (the “Client”) and iBrand Identity (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding any services rendered.By hiring or engaging with IBrand Identity, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
We offer strategic brand development, visual identity design, storytelling, web design, and SEO services tailored to premium businesses and startups. The specific scope of your project will be defined in a proposal, contract, or agreed package.
2. Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.
- The remaining 50% is due before final delivery of any files or launch.
- For monthly retainers, payments are due upfront at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Invoices are sent via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer (as agreed).
- Late payments may result in paused or canceled work.
3. Turnaround & Revisions
- Project timelines are outlined in your proposal. Delays in client feedback or approvals may affect delivery dates.
- Unless otherwise agreed, each design package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed separately.
- All feedback must be submitted in writing.
4. Ownership & Copyright
- Final, approved designs become the property of the client once the full payment is received.
- iBrand Identity retains the right to showcase all non-confidential work in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes.
- Source files are delivered in formats specified in the package (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, Webflow, etc.).
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- If the client cancels the project after work has begun, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
- If we are unable to deliver due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen events, a partial refund may be negotiated.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide clear, timely feedback and all required materials (content, logos, copy, etc.)
- Communicate respectfully and professionally
- Use the final deliverables for lawful business purposes only
7. Confidentiality
Any sensitive business or brand information shared by the client will be kept confidential and only used for the purposes of the project.
8. Limitation of Liability
iBrand Identity is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or misuse of the deliverables. Clients are responsible for how their brand assets are used once delivered.
9. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate a project in writing. In such cases, the client will be billed for all work completed up to that point.
10. Final Notes
By working with iBrand Identity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These Terms may be updated at any time and will be available on our website or provided upon request.
