Rebranding Services That Reposition You as the Premium Choice

Most rebrands change how a business looks. The ones that matter change what it can charge.

In short

If your brand no longer reflects the quality of your work, or it’s costing you deals against competitors who are objectively worse, you don’t need a new logo. You need repositioning.

Rebranding starts at $3,500 for positioning and a complete visual identity, and runs to $15,000 once a website, messaging system and content rollout are included.

iBrand Identity provides rebranding services for founder-led and service businesses competing in the US, Europe and the Gulf. Strategy first, then identity, then the website and content system that carries it.

The scope

What’s included in a rebrand

Every rebrand runs through The Transmutation Method™ and delivers:

Strategic positioning

Where you sit in the market, who you’re for, and what you own that nobody else can claim.

Messaging framework

Your promise, your differentiators, and the language that carries them across every touchpoint.

Complete visual identity

Logo system, colour, typography, art direction, and the rules that hold it together.

Brand guidelines

A working document your team and every future supplier can execute against.

Website

SEO-ready, conversion-focused, built on the new positioning — where scope includes it.

AI content system

So the brand stays consistent at volume without a full-time designer — where scope includes it.

The honest distinction

Do you need a rebrand or a brand refresh?

Not every business needs to start over.

The test: if your positioning is still true and only the design has aged, refresh. If you’re winning the wrong clients, competing on price, or explaining what you do more than once — the problem is upstream of design. That’s a rebrand.

The diagnostic

7 signs it’s time to rebrand

If three or more are true, the cost of waiting is measurable.

01

Your prices rose and the brand didn’t

Your work is worth $15,000 and your website looks like $1,500. The gap does the deciding for you.

02

You lose to competitors you outperform

They aren’t winning on quality. They’re winning on perceived credibility.

03

The wrong clients are finding you

The brand is still speaking to whoever you served three years ago.

04

You’ve expanded and the brand hasn’t

New services, new markets, new price point — same identity built for the old business.

05

You hesitate before sending your website

If you’re explaining it in advance, it isn’t working.

06

Nothing matches

The deck, the site, the proposal and the Instagram grid look like four different companies.

07

You’re entering a new market

What signals premium in Cairo doesn’t automatically signal premium in Frankfurt or Dubai. Positioning is regional.

The process

The Transmutation Method™: how we rebrand

Four phases, shown here through the KEMET Reisen rebrand. Nothing visual happens until the positioning is agreed.

Brand discovery moodboard exploring the cultural territory behind KEMET Reisen
Phase 1

Diagnose

We audit the current brand against the market you actually want: competitor positioning, category conventions, and the gap between how you’re perceived and what you deliver. This is where the Brand Positioning MRI™ runs in full.

Phase 2

Position

We define the strategic territory you’ll own — audience, promise, differentiators, personality and messaging framework. Skipping this step is why most rebrands change everything and improve nothing.

Phase 3

Transmute

The visual identity is built from the positioning, not from a moodboard. Logo system, colour, typography, art direction, and the guidelines that make it repeatable.

Phase 4

Launch

Website, content system, templates and rollout — everything the new brand needs to show up consistently from day one. Support continues for 45–90 days depending on scope.

Rebranding case study: KEMET Reisen

The KEMET Reisen symbol applied across a printed stationery system

Luxury travel · Germany → European premium segment

KEMET Reisen had the operational quality of a premium Egyptian travel specialist and the brand presence of a generic tour operator. In a market where German travellers research extensively before committing to a high-value trip, that gap was costing them the exact clients they were best equipped to serve.

We repositioned KEMET as a premium Egyptian travel specialist for the European market — rebuilding the positioning, identity and digital presence around expertise and trust rather than itinerary and price.

Before you commit

Is a rebrand right for you?

Rebranding is a serious commitment of money, time and attention. Here is when it earns that, and when it doesn’t.

It earns it when
  • You’ve raised your prices, or want to, and the brand doesn’t support the number
  • You’re losing to competitors you know you outperform
  • You’ve outgrown the audience the brand was built for
  • You’re entering a market where your positioning doesn’t translate
It’s the wrong move when
  • The offer itself is unresolved — a rebrand won’t fix something the market doesn’t want
  • You need leads this month. Positioning compounds; it doesn’t spike
  • You want a logo. That’s a design job, and it costs a fraction of this

Every engagement is scoped individually. Repositioning a professional services firm is not the same work as repositioning a hotel group. Current scopes and investment levels are on the services page.

Frequently asked questions

How much do rebranding services cost?

Rebranding for a founder-led or service business starts at $3,500 for positioning and a complete visual identity, and runs to $15,000 and beyond once a website, messaging system and content rollout are included. What moves the number most is scope — identity only versus the full ecosystem — the number of touchpoints to rebuild, and whether a name change is involved. Current tiers are on the services page.

How long does a rebrand take?

Roughly three weeks for positioning and identity, six weeks when a website is included, and eight to ten weeks for a complete transformation. Rush delivery is available at an additional fee. The rebranding checklist sets out every step, phase by phase.

Will we lose the customers we already have?

No — if the migration is handled deliberately. Existing recognition is an asset, and part of the strategy is deciding what to carry forward and what to leave behind. Rebrands lose customers when they change everything at once with no explanation. That’s an execution failure, not an inherent risk.

Do we need a new name?

Usually not. Most brands underperform because of positioning and presentation, not nomenclature. If a name change is genuinely warranted we’ll tell you — and if it isn’t, we’ll tell you that too.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. Clients span the US, Europe and the Gulf, and positioning is built for the market you’re selling into rather than the one you’re based in. Delivery is available in English and Arabic.

What’s the difference between a rebrand and a brand refresh?

A refresh updates visual execution while the strategy stays intact. A rebrand changes the strategic position first and rebuilds the identity from it. The comparison table above sets out both.

How do we know if the rebrand worked?

Success is defined before we start — usually some combination of lead quality, close rate, price acceptance and reduced discounting. A rebrand that makes you look better but doesn’t change what you can charge hasn’t done its job.
